Yes : The active ingredient in a umcka coldcare is pelargonium sidoides which is a medicinal plant native to South Africa and shown to be helpful in relieving cold-related-symptoms. Well-tolerated with rare side effects and should be able to combine with dayquil without any concerns.

Not a panacea: Mainly for cough symptom associated with acute bronchitis, approved in Germany as OTC in Chemists stores. Several studies underway, done/needed re its benefits, toxicity, etc..

I did a search on: Ucmas and id not find the company which is promoting this but it sounds like neuro cognitive training.  There are many programs which say they have documented short term benefits from such training.  They have not show consistent long term benefits in my opinion but you can look up lumosity for adults.  This is a similar program for adults.

No: immumoglobulin problems are rare apart from obvious serious congenital insufficiency which I will assume you do not have, and monoclonal gammopathy high will not be masked by the minor effects of these meds
