pcc refer me to derm-1mm wide flat, non-ulcer, non painful spot on nose that bled a mth ago. looks like tiny cut that didn't heal. is it bcc or squam?

Go see Derm: It is more like Basal cell but only a biopsy can tell for sure. Derm specialist can decide whether it is benign or cancerous,  but a biopsy may be needed if there is sufficient suspicion of cancer.

And possibly: DANGEROUS.....Spread of such ulcers can be dangerous and I suggest you seek ENT (Ear Nose Throat) Doctor as soon as you can!!!!!(possible infection and cavernous sinus spread )

Nasal lesion: A pimple has a red convex surface with an occasional papule (white spot with pus) in the center.  An ulcer has a concave surface, but it too can be red.  If it does not go away within a few days, see your doctor.

Infection?: This could be an infection - impetigo. I am presuming you are not abusing cocaine which can injure the lining of the nose? 
See an MD to look for signs of infection which may need antibiotics.
