Gastroparesis: Gastroparesis would cause this and would be common in diabetics. Other possibilities would be stress.  This also could symptoms of dysbiosis. This can be secondary to dysfunction at the level of the biofilm lining your gut. Addressing your digestion may help. Digestive enzymes and pre and or probitics.

YES: Nausea, vomiting, and blood in stool is always an ominous presentation. Hopefully you are on therapy for your ulcer. The nausea is from pain and stimulation of the vagus nerve.

Doubtful: Generally you do not get pain directly after eating with gas.  Additionally, unless the gas is severe, nausea does not generally accompany gas pains.  You symptoms suggest at least gerd if not an ulcer.  See your doctor for evaluation and managment options.

See an MD: There are many reasons you could be having chronic nausea.  An ulcer could be the cause but given the duration of the problem you should be evaluated by a physician to determine the cause of the nausea.

i suffer from migraines and recently lost my insurance. what meds can i take to help wuth the headace and nausea that comes with it  i cannot take nsaids due to an ulcer?

Magnesium: magnesium is a good migraine preventer, it is cheap, and it will not bother the stomach.

Consider mag oxide 500 mg daily.  It does not work for everyone, but it is worth a try.

For treatment of occasional migraines, you may want something like midrin.
