Various meds: Ulceration in oral cavity not uncommon due to IMRT effecting oral mucosa. A number of  different approaches have been used for relief.  Symptoms usually gone after several weeks.Suck ice chips and use a saliva substitute to  moiste  mouth. Solcoseryl, a dental paste found to help mouth sores. Biotene also helps to heal sores because it has similar enzymes to saliva. One should also try L-Glutamine

Mucositis: You have mucositis from IMRT. Some easy remedies include chewing ice chips, chewing sugarless gum, or sucking tart sugarfree candy. If these do not work there are artificial saliva products that your physician can prescribe for you or some over-the-counter products are available such as enzyme based Oral Balance,Biotene, etc. See your radiation oncologist for suggestions.

Healing  ulcers: i assume you are discussing stomach ulcer. Most are related to H pylori infection so would treat H pylori, you can test for it with a breath test at labcorp or  Quest  Surgery is usually reserved if unresponsive or bleeding  Also while healing no alcohol no motrin or aleve (naproxen) or or ibuprofen or  asa, avoid caffeine spicy foods.  F/u/ with gastroenterologist

I hope so: I hope she'll be ok.  The daily excedrin may be the problem. There are good medications for treatment of migraines that don't erode the stomach lining.  There are also medications that can be taken daily to prevent migraines.
