Acl recovery: simplistic answer is PT. You need to regain full range of motion and strengthen quadriceps and hamstrings. There are many different exercises to do this but many may not be appropriate for you. Physical therapy directed rehab is a must in the beginning

Knee pain: Avoid giving narcotics no matter how sorry you feel for your daughter unless she is in severe pain and the medication is prescribed by your doctor.  Conventionally, ice, heat, compression wrap, elevation is used.  Avoid offensive activity.  Wear brace if prescribed.

Does not treat acl : Mehylcobalamin is a form of vitamin b12. It is used to tray vitamin B12 deficiency, as well as peripheral neuropathies. I see no data on its use in acl injuries or prevention of such.  Leg strengthening especially the quads and hamstrings can help prevent t and get ready for surgery to repair acl tears.

Depends: Many sports physicians do recommend a custom acl brace when returning to soccer after acl injury.  It often depends on the severity of the injury and whether or not there was any other associated injury.  Many athletes find them cumbersome and when they get their confidence no longer use them.

i had a grade 2 acl injury 4 days ago. i don't feel any pain even if i put preassure on the leg. i just have a weird itchy dismembering feeling in the knee. do still have to use the crutches? is it ok if i sit and if yes should i have my leg extended?

: Avoid pressure on on leg till pain is gone and use crutches and you can extend your leg when sitting. But best to follow instructions given by your treating MD. Hope you feel better

Get checked: You'll want to get checked and treated right away.  Although unlikely given the short description, infected joint needs to be ruled out.  Also, the cold extremity is very concerning for vascular compromise.  Follow your instinct, but you may consider urgent care today or at least placing a call to your primary care doc or orthopedist.
