Shouldn't : Tylenol (acetaminophen) should not make you feel loopy. Are you sure it was actually tylenol (acetaminophen)? If you are taking it for an illness, that could be making you feel weird too.

Take as directed by: your doctor and not any more. if you are sleepy you are taking too much. Consult your doctor.

i received my pfizer covid booster yesterday. immediately after the shot, i felt sleepy. today, over 24 hours later i developed a low grade fever. is that normal to develop a fever more than 24 hours afterwards? i took 2 tylenol for the fever?

: That definitely can be a response to the booster as your antibodies react. Such reactions do occur within a week after vaccination. Taking Tylenol is a proper move.

Several otc forms of tylenol (acetaminophen) include the combination of tylenol (acetaminophen) with other drugs such as Codeine (tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetaminophen) 3)  or a cough suppressant (tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetaminophen) cough and sore throat). These drugs can also make a person drowsy even at low doses.
Tylenol (acetaminophen) od is an emergency!

Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) when taken in larger than recommended doses can cause damage to the liver in a delayed manner. This can lead to the patient needing a liver transplant or dying. There is a very effective antidote to this problem, if initiated early (within 8 hours) of the ingestion. She's sleepy from the benedryl (the 'pm') plus, your friend definitely needs to see a psychiatrist. Call 911 or go to the er.

Sounds ok: If a person had no prior problem with taking Vimovo (esomeprazole and naproxen) by itself, or either of its ingredients by themselves; and had no problem taking Tylenol #1 (acetaminophen and codeine) by itself, or either of its ingredients by themselves; then she should be ok taking Vimovo and Tylenol #1 together. They may cause stomach symptoms. Be sure to follow one's doctor's instructions.
