Pink vs red eye: Regardless of eye color, pus from eye is worrisome. Even tho it's slowed down, I'd still recommend that you see your Eye doctor, either Ophthalmologist or Optometrist, or at least your Family Doc. Don't wait for something bad/worse to happen. BTW, pink/red eye has many (non-infectious) causes so it's best to let your docs evaluate rather than taking this on as DIY project.

Infected bite: If you have worsening local irritation days after an insect with pus collection chances are that the bite has become infected. The local reaction may also be result of tissue damage if it is a venomous bite. Please arrange for a consult for a proper assessment and treatment. Take care.

Get checked: Sounds like area has gotten infected. Let your provider know about the problem. This will probably need to be seen and incised and drained.

Wart? Molluscum?: Molluscum contagiosum is a minor viral infection that does this, especially if bump is pink and shiny, or with a dimple in the center; or if others occur soon. At your age, MC usually is sexually trnasmitted, if sexually active. Genital wart also is possible, but usually not red in color. Several other things also could do this. You need to see a doctor soon for examination and testing.

See your Doctor: An abscess is a tender mass generally surrounded by a colored area from pink to deep red. Abscesses are often easy to feel by touching. The middle of an abscess is full of pus and debris.

PIERCING PROBLEM: You may be developing an infection.  You may try a topical (cream) anti microbial like Neosporin.  The key, however, is close monitoring for worsening symptoms... which would prompt evaluation by your doctor.

two years ago my son got bitten by a spider. but every year the spider bite is all swollen and red with white like pimples that after a few weeks make yellowish puss. what can i do it is on his cheek and looks horrible?

Sounds like: "secondary" bacterial infection ...Try using an ANTIBIOTIC ointment on the bite. OTC products in this County include Bacitracin...Neosporin ...Polymixin etc

Very : Very frequent to get minor infections an inflammation in navel piercings.  Apply topical antibiotic (polysporin, bacitracin) with bandaid covering.  If redness or tenderness begin to expand outward, you may need oral antibiotics.  If does not clear up with above, may need to remove earring completely.

Not enough info: How old is he? Where is the lesion?  Did he have an injury?  What does the lesion look like?  Is it a skin lesion or on mucosa?
