Stick with it: First and foremost congratulations. Addiction is a terrible thing and very hard to overcome, so stick with it. You are doing a great job.  These type of side effects are common and can be annoying and painful. They will eventually decrease and fade away.  You were on a large dose of methadone to simply just quit that, so if severe and intolerable side effects discuss a game plan to wean off slower

No: Pregnancy is not possible in above mentioned circumstances. Always use contraception if conceiving is not desired and intercourse becomes possible. She did not need plan B.

Sex risks:  It is really important to learn about how one can become pregnant - before electing to be sexually active.  If you are going to have sex as a teenager, make sure it is safe.

Carpal tunnel?: It could possibly be carpal tunnel, my patients usually tell me these three symptoms. 
1. Numbness and pain that wakes them up at night. It feels like they need to shake out their hands.  
2. Hand stiff in morning but get loosened up over the day.
3. Numbness into the hand that occurs when talking on the phone or driving.

Probably dead: once the semen dries on your hand or other region most likely the semen is dead.  Semen like moist environments and won't live for more than minutes on a surface like your hand
