Local nrv irritation: You are describing problems of the temporal branch of the facial nerve that passes by the parotid salivary gland.  It supplies the muscles of that area and irritation of it may cause the twitches and spasms.  I would be concerned about the parotid or if this started soon after the extractions, you may want to check with your oral surgeon; if not, an ENT physician may be able to help.

Doctor Visit: A severe headache for six days is concerning as well as painful.  Go to ER/physician to get immediate exam and imaging tests. Your life may depend on getting this treated. 
The scalp twitching is not too concerning but more annoying for you.

Twitching: The symptoms you have are very diffuse and do not correspond to any discrete neurological condition such as a stroke.  Diffuse neurological symptoms can be seen with certain metabolic conditions such as kidney failure, infections, or liver disease.  I doubt you have any of these and I suspect these symptoms could be due to anxiety.  See your doctor for a complete work up.

Palsy?: you may have some type of facial nerve palsy such as "bells palsy" or some other issues, but either way, facial numbness needs to be evaluated.  See a dr. asap for eval, best wishes.

Depends on location: There are muscles that are attached to the scalp. The most prominent are over the occipital region (neck muscles) or the temporal region (temporalis muscles). It is likely that you are having some spasms of these muscles. This can be brought on by injury, pain, anxiety. Treat the muscles with pain medications, relaxation techniques, heat, massage.

By resting the muscles both on forehead and on scalp with botox, you could effectively treat this annoying but non-detrimental issue.

Pinched Nerve: It sounds like pressure on one of the nerves in your neck. This could be caused by a neck injury or herniated disc Such pressure would use pain that would radiate down the rm and up the neck
