Get evaluated: You did not say age or length of time ttc but a good infertility evaluation should be done if you are older. The bc should have gotten rid of any cysts so if your are not ovulating normally there could be something else going on, perhaps pcos or a luteal phase defect.

Recommend surgery: Ovarian cystectomy (cyst removal) is suggested in order to make a definitive diagnosis, preserve ovarian tissue, and avoid potential problems such as torsion, rupture, or development of malignant components (cancer), which can happen in about 1% of cases.

twins born4.5months ago. (was on clomid after laparoscopy to remove cysts (pcos) and endo and open up fallopian tubes). small patch discolouration on breast, has since grown, darker than skin, slight pink tinge. not sore, not hard. breastfeed. worry?

Watch: Your doctor will discuss this with you.  These are usually benign findings but have been rarely associated soft genetic findings.

Not really: This is not uncommon, that only one fetus of the two survive without any problems. Pregnancy needs monitoring however as high risk.

Organ Transplant: You do understand that organ transplants involve viable tissue (necrosis of the organs hasn't begun). That's why they are rushed from donor to recipient. If what you propose was possible there would be no donor organ shortages or waiting lists... Organs from a deceased are obtained at the time of death. 12.3 weeks scan today with twins but placenta's are not fully delopved until now?what could be  the  reason?is it normal?babies growth is fine.

Normal placenta: Placentas do not begin their development normally until 10 or more weeks gestation as the corpus luteum of the ovary provides all the needed progesterone to sustain the developing fetus through the first trimester.
