It may help w treatment of arthritis &amp; has anticarcinogenic effects.

I assume it's OK: I don't believe that much research has been done about the effects of garlic or turmeric, but I have not found any evidence that they are particularly bad for individuals with addison's disease as long as they are consumed in moderation. On the other hand there is nothing to show that they have any medicinal effects for addison's disease. I suggest that you consume them just like any other foods.

Turmeric: Turmeric may also have various benefits for your hair, however it has not been scientifically proven to correct any hair or scalp conditions.

i had naion 4 months ago, when i had a mri for it, they also found a small secular aneurysm.  i started taking turmeric for a gout flare up. a chiropractor recommended that i take a buckwheat supplement for vascular health. any issues with these 2?

Tumeric may help: You will know quickly if tumeric eases the pain of your gout.  There are excellent medications for this however - you should see a rheumatologist for gout.  I seriously doubt almost anything that a chiropractor proposes. That goes for any presumed relationship between buckwheat and vascular health.

No: It's a very safe spice taken many times a day by people in many countries such as India.  It has mild antiinflammatory properties and many others, so could be additive with any medications you are taken.
