The problem is that such products and health supplements are not produced by a regulated industry, so you are never sure of its authenticity. Perhaps u can get a better product from a specialized shop. Good luck

Not at all: This is totally safe, a bit like having pumpkin pie after eating fish. While both fish oil and pumpkin seed oil are good sources of omega 3 fatty acids, pumpkin seed oil contains omega 6 and other fatty acids not found in fish oil, so taking them together would give you a better balance of fatty acids.

It's complicated but: I dislike warfarin because virtually every medicine and herb interacts with it. Turmeuric, chia seeds, garlic and ginger also thin blood and thus you might need to lower the dose. Rather than avoiding these one can consume consistent amounts &amp; adjust coumadin accordingly or one can consider alternative meds or even supplements (under doc's guidance) to thin blood. Start with saline: Oregano oil and grapefruit seed extract are thought to have antimicrobial effects; however, there is little evidence that using them in a nasal rinse is any better than simple salt water nasal rinses. Their risks in causing irritation to the nasal lining or allergic reactions are also poorly known at this time.
