Both AM & PM!: There's no good study that concludes that one particular time of day is best for everyone to exercise. Some people like am workouts while others like pm. Instead, it's more important to find time that works best for you to exercise regularly. Just be sure to keep at it!  good luck!

Relax: If the main ingredient in this brew is caffeine i would relax and not worry about baby.Caffeine is considered relatively safe during pregnancy although i encourage moms to use it in moderation. It is important to avoid it near the time of delivery as newborns cannot metabolize it quickly and it can take days to clear their system. They would show poor feeding and irritability as a result.

No: Pregnant women can have a miscarriage with or without caffeine.  It is not due to drinking too much coffee one day.

is it safe to take amitriptyline along with symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) turbo hater and salbutamol or will it have an effect with my asthma. ?

Possible: interaction between amitriptyline and formoterol as both have a minor effect on electrical impulse conduction in the heart.  Notify your doctor that your "QTc interval" may be prolonged on these medicines and that maybe a baseline ekg should be checked. However, s/he may not be concerned since they know more about you. Amitriptyline will not negatively effect asthma control.
