Use a plain fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) or glycerine suppositories to make sure your rectum is empty before trying to control the diarrhea.

Loose  stool/constip: During constipation part of the stools  become fermented from intestinal bacteria  &amp; it becomes  loose , it usually comes out after the hard part of the stool, sometimes it leaks around it &amp; causes soiling.  I hope that  helps answer your question.  Try to control  your constipation with high fiber diet, prune juice,  plenty of fluids,  you can also try miniral oil or miralax (polyethylene glycol).
