Hypothyroid: Looks like you are hypothyroid which can cause some of the symptoms you describe. I would see your doctor to get this treated and see if the symptoms improve.  No other exotic labs needed unless the symptoms don't improve on thyroid replacement.

: There are other endocrine abnormalities that can cause symptoms as you describe besides hypothyroidism. You should see an endocrinologist and have other labs checked. An endocrinologist can check other hormone levels to determine the etiology of your symptoms. Good luck!

: In addition to hyperthyroidism, other causes of heat intolerance include certain medications, stress&amp;anxiety,ovarian insufficiency. Hair loss can be from hormonal imbalance or hereditary factors. A dermatologist can advise you about hair loss and your acne. I assume you've consulted your gynecologist, also.

Testosterone: your testosterone level is normal.  If you are experienced decreased libido, energy and ED you should see a urologist.  Also discuss the meds with the doctor who prescribed them

Low libedo: Your doctor can take a history and check your hormone levels.  Lack of interest in sex, low energy, etc. can be from a biological imbalance or due to depression.  If depression is found to be the issue please see a clinical psychologist to learn ways to manage it.  Peace and good health.
