Not much: The best test for hypothyroidism is the TSH. TSH is a much larger hormone that T3 (liothyronine) or T4 so it is easier to measure accurately. It is so sensitive that it is reported by the lab on a logarithmic scale. That means it is 10 times more sensitive than the T4 or T3 (liothyronine). Because it is so sensitive, many people will have symptoms even when the TSH if in the 'normal' range. Reverse T3 (liothyronine) can go up with illness.

No: If your thyroid and thyroglobulin antibodies are negative, you do not have hashimoto's. You can't be hypo and hyperthyroid at the same time.

Armour has bothT4+T3: Synthroid (thyroxine) contains t4; however, Armour Thyroid contains T3 and t4. Thus, when a person switches to armour, the fact that T3 is approximately four times as potent as T4 must be taken into account.

Likely: Elevated TSH levels are an indication of thyroid under-function and you should consult your doctor about thyroid medication, even before your thyroid hormone levels go down.

Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Nothing usually: Borderline is still within the normal range. Ask the physician who ordered the test why he got both and what his/her interpretation is.

Yes: It's reasonable to retest if there are no symptoms, may ask for free T3 (liothyronine) and free T4 which will give more of a picture of thyroid status.

You need to have measurement of T4 and T3 (liothyronine) before proceeding.
If you are thyroid hormone deficient your doctor will start with a low dose and follow you over time. When treated well possibility of side effects is very low.

Lab work: You can repeat the labs with addition of thyroid antibodies (thyroid peroxidase), and the free hormones to confirm.

Yes, hypothyroid: Hi. Yes, I'm sure your doc will give you a prescription for thyroid hormone. However, I would caution that not all symptoms you attribute to the thyroid necessarily are a result of that mild degree of hypothyroidism, so they may not all resolve with correction of your thyroid function tests. It will be easy to treat, and treatment works perfectly. I hope you feel better soon!
