Probably not: Sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim (Bactrim) can suppress chlamydia, so it could lead to a false negative test result. However, 2 days is too soon. Even with the most effective antibiotics against chlamydia (e.g., doxycycline, azithromycin) it usually takes a few days for DNA tests (like PCR) to become negative. So your result probably is reliable. But if in doubt, discuss with the doctor or clinic.

Impossible to tell: If you are concerned that you have a chlamydial vaginal infection you should see your physician to give a urine specimen to specifically diagnose chlamydia. Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) will not adequately treat a chlamydial infection

No: No infection can "turn into" a different one. Chlamydia is a particular bacteria, only transmitted by sex. It doesn't cause UTI; and UTI bacteria are  entirely different, not sexually transmitted.  However, chlamydia and UTI can cause similar symptoms, such as painful urination. Yes.: Pregnancy is alway a possibility. Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test.  They usually become positive when you are about a week late.  If it's negative, repeat in one week and call your doctor.

After...: After treatment the best thing to do is to make sure the infection was resolved with the antibiotics that you took. My recommendation is to go and get tested again and make sure you are both clear of the infection. There is no way to tell if you got reinfected until you get this done.

Here are some ...: I assumed having itchy bumps at pubic area is the only concern you have. If so, you may try lightly applying clotrimazole + betamethasome cream lightly 1-2 times for 5-7 days. If not improved, see Urologist to make sure that these are not related with scabies or sebaceous glandsor others. Without a direct look, an accurate Dx is not easy to come by. So, see Doc timely.
