Nothing: Urine dipstick will indicate presence of white blood cells (leukocytes) as trace amount (TR) or higher amounts (1+,2+,3+,4+). Larger amounts suggest inflammation. Trace amount means nothing, as it is seen in many normal people. Urine must be collected properly to be accurate. Vaginal or foreskin contamination of specimen can falsely elevate leukocytes.

You can buy urine infection tests in US drug stores, but they are not as useful as tests in doctor’s offices. Advise urgent care or primary doctor appointment for further evaluation &amp; treatment.

Highly unlikely: Pubic lice are caught by sexual activity and do not live long off there host. Get treatment and be checked for other sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, hiv, gonorrhea, non gonococcal urethritis.

Other than steadying yourself against the motion of the train, there is no problem about using a train toilet.  Enjoy the trip and don't worry about the toilet.

Eating less provides less calories or energy to the body so it will burn the fat in our body to release the energy in it.Less calories/ food = weight loss.

Gastrocolic reflex.: Not uncommon. Colon is just trying to clear out things for the incoming food. I am not sure you need to do anything. Could try some diet manipulation - specifically  avoidance of lactose and or gluten -  and see if that helps.

The results could affect the management of your pregnancy and of your delivery.
