Use once daily: It is probably best to use these two products separately. Differen gel can cause sun sensitivity, so using it at night and Clindamycin in the morning is probably the best bet.

Yes but drying: Yes it is ok to use either but you may find your skin to become extremely dry and should use a non-comedogenic moisturizer.

Doctor can recheck: If getting too much redness and peeling from facial retinoid use, such as Retin-A gel, one's doctor can help. Some patients try lengthening the Retin-A interval, for example, from twice a day to once a day, or from once a night to every-other-night. Some patients benefit from using over-the-counter hydrocortisone 1% cream twice a day for 3-5 days, while lengthening the Retin-A dosing interval.

Not likely: Haven't heard of tretinoin (used for acne) causing hair loss or baldness. Hair loss is more likely familial (any other people in the family have hair loss at the particular age?) or may be due to hormonal causes. A primary care doctor can evaluate, if the hair loss seems unusual.

Not really.: A comparative study published in the american journal of dermatology in 2007 showed that:
the efficacy and safety of combined 5% Minoxidil and 0.01% tretinoin once-daily therapy appear to be equivalent to those of conventional 5% Minoxidil twice-daily therapy for the treatment of androgenic alopecia.
In other words, tretinoin does not appear to improve results of Minoxidil alone.

Yes. : You can use that regimen. With tretinoin make sure to use sunscreens. Best to see a dermatologist first though.
