See your doctor: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

why is it that i feel one side of my body trembling and then see the world around me differently? i see everything bright and i don't feel well. feel like passing out. most times starts on the left. other times starts on right side. sometimes both?

: You should be evaluated by a neurologist.

Fatigue does not cau: Cause seizures.  What you might say is that seizures can be caused by irritability of your brain.  Seizure meds reduce the number of severity of seziures but must be monitored by a neurologist.  I do not think just being tired will cause a seizure but ask your neurologist.

No: There is no scientific reason to tremble just before sleep and not at other times of the day, other than a temperature variation in the room you sleep in or fear of falling asleep. See a professional for this,

Unlikely organic: Because your symptoms are not present until just before bedtime it seems unlikely that they should be caused by something organic within the body.  Having said that, if you have not had a good physical and laboratory checkup in some time I would recommend you see your doctor.  They may wish to run a few tests such thyroids, cholesterol, and a basic chemistry panel just to be sure of things.

Diabetes: Low blood sugar often results in a sympathetic nervous system outpouring.  Sweating, feeling faint, tremulousness, anxiety, irritability...what i call the hebie-jebies.  It's likely you are diabetic. If you are a known diabetic, you may be overmedicated.....or exercising too hard or eating too little for the medications you are on. DO not drive a car when feeling like this.

Twitches: This could be muscle twitches, which is isolated contraction of muscle fibers. She should see a doctor to make sure there is nothing else going on.

Many causes: Trembling can be due to many different causes. Severe infection, anxiety, hormones including thyroid, neurological disorders and many others are possible persistent and significant symptoms need medical attention.

Mom's condition: This must be unsettling for you. You see your mother in this way.  These symptoms could be from a wide variety of circumtsances, including a viral problem, food, supplements, medications, alcohol, or other medical or neurological conditions.  I would find a quiet time to sit alone with her (since people and mothers especially, are private about their health) to share your concern for her health.

Probably not: More likely you have having episodes of hypoglycemia, low blood sugar.  Do you also get a headache?
