It depends: In an uncomplicated pregnancy (healthy mother with normal anatomy and well developed stable fetus), vaginal delivery is ideal (this is how nature intended it to be!!).  C-sections are necessary in some cases to preserve the health of both mother and baby, but this is still a significant surgery which should not be taken lightly.

Labial tear... : By 6 weeks post partum your tears should have healed... Go and see another doc for another look .... It might be healed but you still have some residual pain... In which case only time will help.

Pretty good: Vaginal birth after c/section (VBAC) has a pretty good success according to current research. You must work closely with your OB. Research shows 4/10 women with VBAC may still have to have a c/section . These labors need to be monitored carefully in a hospital equipped to respond to an emergency during the labor and have experience monitoring VBAC patients. Talk to your OB for more advice

2 weeks: You can start a progesterone-only pill about 2 weeks postpartum.  A combined pill with estrogen and Progesterone shouldn't be started until a few months after delivery as the estrogen can slightly increase your risk of blood clots immediately postpartum and can decrease your milk supply if started too soon.

Time for visit: The OBGYN usually does pelvic exams to estimate the size of your pelvic outlet at your initial visit. Depending on that value and the eventual size of the baby they can generally predict who is likely to deliver naturally. If your pelvis is smaller or the baby is large as labor starts, the chances may be less.

Yes: Depending on your gyn doctor, you may get an iud. These are very safe and effective but should not be used if your lifestyle includes "swinging"
it is preferred that you have at least one child and are in a monogamous relationship. Those are not hard rules, just guidelines.

Yes.: Vaginal birth frequently involves lacerations or episiotomy of the maternal perineum if you have crohn's disease with perianal fistulae prelabor cesarean section is the way to go. Talk to your obstetrician!

VBAC: Vaginal birth after C-section is generally not recommended due to the increased risk of uterine rupture during labor and delivery.  It would be wise to labor in a medical facility if one plans to proceed with a VBAC delivery.
