TB Tx and sun: Do not stop your treatment.  Many of the antibiotics used have a side effect of making you sensetive to the sun or can cause a rash if in the sun.  Stay out of the sun, wear long sleeve shirt and hat or good sun block.

Many possibilities: There are many things that could cause the skin to itch.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Rash: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist. Many possibilities: People with gluten sensitivity (Celiac disease) may have abdominal pain and blisters.  However if your skin rash is painful, we need to consider other potential causes as well.  Have you consulted a skin disease specialist? If not, it is time to do so.

A few options: Might be a local allergic reaction--jewelry, something in pocket of shirt, etc.--or from an insect bite(-s)--or early shingles / zoster. Should see your dr or urgent care dr to have it checked.

possible allergy: If you are not licking your lips alot, you may be allergic to the lipstick or lip balm that you were putting on.See a dermatologist who does patch testing with the north american patch test series to see what you are allergic to. I am assuming that this is not a cold sore.

Yes.: Yes, in fact that's the most common way it starts.  Shingles is almost always on only one side of the body, often in a "stripe" like pattern.  The lesion go from flat reddish, to clear blisters, to cloudy blisters, to open blisters, to crusted lesions.  Early treatment with a type of antiviral drug can reduce the risk of chronic pain afterward (post-herpetic neuralgia).  See doctor soon.

Strep throat bacteria can make a toxin that causes reddish rashes. Allergy to certain foods or other substances can create rashes. Little blisters can be viral, bacterial, or contact dermatitis.

Blood blisters: These are likely small telangectasias or benign dilated veins. They can be treated with a laser likely with a dermatologist in office.
