Tubal ligation: If by permanent, you mean irreversible, having a minor surgical procedure to prevent eggs from travelling into your uterus would be the best option. You won't need pills, or have foreign bodies in your uterus or under your skin, and you will still produce female hormones normally. Of course, you won't ever be able to get pregnant, even if you change your mind.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Yes as long as you notify him/her in writing and give enough time to find another provider and send a letter by registered post return receipt.
The other way is to tell face to face and have witnesses and give reasonable time to find another provider.You have to provide emergency care in that time frame.

Mask and hand wash: To wear a face mask all the time and wash hands after a social contact in every opportunity and avoid crowds. Self quarantine yourself if you develop any symptoms and contact to your doctor for follow up.

Ask your wife why: Woman at this age the vagina usually dry. If not using lubrication can cause pain when having sex. You should ask your wife why she refuse. Is that because of the pain or other reason. Sometimes medication can also affecting the sex drive. If necessary you should ask her to see a doctor find out the real cause.

The more important question seems to be about the relationship between you and your "emotion wellbeing team." I'd encourage you to try to understand their concerns and reasons for the medication changes.

Accepted Answer

Yes: You have the right to refuse any procedure.  And refusing an episiotomy doesn't mean you are refusing all care.  There are some really good reasons to get an episiotomy though.  Sometimes your baby is struggling and we need to deliver quickly.  While this is rare, keep an open mind.  Discuss with your doctor or make a birth plan that states you only want an episiotomy in a true emergency.

See below: Yes, you can refuse counseling if you're over 18. If person is not mandated by the legal system, s/he can refuse counseling with whatever consequences to that person's functioning.  Usually, if counseling is mandated by the legal system and the client is not cooperative there are consequences to that on the legal level.

what happens if you only get one gardasil shot and refuse the other two?

Partial protection: Because the research studies were done with 3 doses of Gardasil, it is not known how much antibody protection, and for how many years, a person would have with just one shot. There should be some protection. New studies are being done, especially for developing countries (due to the high cost of the vaccine), to see if just one or two doses are adequately protective.
