: Is there any chance that you are pregnant? nausea and eventually light fluttering or twitching are both symptoms of pregnancy. Other possibilities are H pylori infection or bacterial overgrowth. Talk to your Dr for follow up.

Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

LLQ pain: Although you are young for the disease it could be diverticulitis.  other  left lower quadrant causes could be inflammation of the ovary or Fallopian tube or even an ectopic pregnancy.  A stone in the ureter should also be considered. Is the pain worsened with walking?  Is it worsened with a bowel movement?  Is there any nausea?  Do you have a fever?  You need evaluation and possible CT scan.
