No: fertilized ovum cannot be detected that way. Egg could be in the fallopian tube and fertilizable with ovarian remnant of it gone.
Morning aftre pill is generally given wihout testing.

That would be right: A woman is officially 5 weeks pregnant when she is 3 weeks past conception (about 3 weeks plus a day or two after having sex). That is because doctors count the official start of pregnancy as the first day of the menstrual period prior to the conception (and that first day is estimated to be 2 weeks prior to the conception).

Yes, but: I would suggest no oral genital contact that might introduce air into the genital tract. You might be tempted to douche after intercourse and that might also introduce air which could cause artifacts. Best to forgo intercourse the night before.

Depends on your ?: Ultrasound for diagnosis of a pregnancy is essentially 100% accurate.  It won't tell you who the father is though!

DNA test: Sperm can stay alive inside female body for 3-5 days after intercourse, therefore it is impossible to tell who is the father of the baby in this case (unless dna test is performed). In addition, even early us is able to give only an approximate due date.

No: It is too early to see anything on the ultrasound that would detect pregnancy. We cannot see the pregnancy until about 5 weeks or 3 weeks after conception.

Positive HPT: A positive HPT with 8 months of menstrual periods following is not generally associated with pregnancy. If periods are regular, pregnancy is unlikely, but if bleeding is not predictable, to be certain, obtain a serum HCG test from a healthcare provider .
