It could be more....: Pneumonia is unlikely the cause for her low blood count which may have required transfusion. But the cause of pneumonia(infection) may be in low blood counts due to disease in the bone marrow. So find out what her White cell blood counts are doing. I hope she doe snot have blood Cancer which can present as a serious infection like pneumonia.

Unlikely: It would be rare for pneumonia to cause anemia severe enough to require transfusion.  The only exception would be in a hospitalized patient who was sick with pneumonia for a long period of time.

Face mask: Only if it had pathogens on it that are capable of causing respiratory diseases in humans.

Sleep: You have identified symptoms of insomnia secondary to cough from pneumonia, you would have to treat the pneumonia first, taking something very sedating could cause aspiration, also you can elevate the head side of your bed.

A while: I presume you are feeling better, the fever should be improved, though cough is milder. If that is the case then you are getting better. Many people have residual cough and fatigue for several weeks after. In my experience most people are not back to normal for about 6 weeks. But it is pretty variable. If you are not any better, go back to see your doctor.

half the kids in my class have either flu or pneumonia. i don't have a spleen and am concered about catching either. how can i lower my chances of it?

Vaccines: I just had both a flu and a pneumonia vaccine - i imagine you could do that too. Ask your doctor.  People who can't or won't take the vaccines are advised to wear protective masks when potential exposure is likely. Best!

Choking: Aspiration pneumonia occurs after someone inhales a substance into their lungs and the the resulting inflammation causes a lung infection to develop. This can occur after choking on food, a near-drowning event, severe reflux or certain chemical exposures among other reasons.

i had mild pneumonia with my covid that was treated with dexamethasone. im 19 days first covid symptoms. 5 days since my 14 day isolation. i dont have any symptoms anymore. does that mean that i wont have long covid? can i stop worrying and relax?

Yes: "walking pneumonia" is an indolent, more subtle form of pneumonia that can occur. It can cause some mild cough, fever, and fatigue, but it doesn't present with terrible cough on occasion. A chest x-ray would reveal the pneumonia, and specific antibiotics are designed to treat the bacteria commonly associated with that type of pneumonia.

2 antibiotics?: If you are referring to being prescribed 2 antibiotics that is common practice and will extend the coverage to resistant bacteria. If unclear about the goals of treatment always ask your physician.
