Yes and No: Zofran can cause palipitations and cardiac arrhythmias.  Taking a combination of medications always requires caution. I would try to space the use of these apart during the day if you will take them. Please consult your primary care doctor about the need to take all three medications.

Motrin &amp;Tramadol OK: but Tramadol and Imitrex (sumatriptan) mix is not recommended due to the potential serotonin syndrome. Always talk to your doctor before taking any new medicine.

Colostomy: Yes you can.  Generally speaking, though, a properly formed colostomy that is functioning well should not be painful.  Reasons for painful colostomy may be due to a stricture (tightening) at the intestinal opening, or due to improper fitting colostomy bag.  Occasionally a hernia can form around the ostomy (parastomal hernia) and this could be painful.  You should be evaluated by your surgeon.

IMITREX (sumatriptan): Triptans are migraine specific so you give the medication (confirm the dose with your pediatrics) . You can combine this with nsaids like ibuprofen, Naproxen etc, opiates in general does not help migraine, and sometimes Imitrex (sumatriptan) itself is helpful.

Bad idea: Migraine is the most common acute and recurrent headache in children. Stress caused by school or social situations may trigger the episode. Migraine is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Headache, vertigo, visual disturbances nausea, vomiting, heartburn sensitivity to light or sound, dizziness, neck pain are common symptoms. This condition must be professionally managed!!!

my stone had a kidney stone for 11 days, he was taking tramadol.  he stopped taking this on monday, he is sick to his stomach, c he was also taking zofran (ondansetron) for nausea.

I : I am a little confused. Your son had a kidney stone, so I am assuming it passed, was this before or after he took tramadol? 
Tramadol can cause nausea and upset stomach. Also if the stone was still present this could be the cause of his symptoms. Like i said I am a little confused about your question.

Whenever: to my knowledge those teo medications wont interact so you dont have to wait.  also if you are needing triptans for headache then you may benefit from taking a med every day to prevent the headache.  butterbur is an over the counter supplement that can prevent migraines.  several safe meds are also effective.

Imitrex is a vasoconstrictor and is not for nausea. it should not be used  with ergotimine or  SSRI/SRNI ( prozac (fluoxetine) class).
