Consultation: Not sure where you're from.  Needs a consultation in person as the eye will need to be examined.  If this is a sudden visual loss please present immediately to the emergency room to exclude serious causes

Lecithin is safe.: Now for the "traces of soy" question: it all depends on the reaction that triggered the soy allergy discovery.  If she had a severe reaction when she ate something which contained soy, then you have to be careful with those products. Be extra careful. They are warning you. Would you feed it to her if it said "this may poison your child." now, if her reactions were mild, see comment below.

There are many kinds: Travelling pain can be pain that goes from one joint to another, which is a hall mark of rheumatic diseases.  The latin root "rheum" means "to flow" or travel.  It can also be referred pain, which means the problem is  in one place, e.g. The lower back, but is felt in another, e.g. The back of the leg.  Fibromyalgia can be associated with travelling pain.

Nothing: Urine dipstick will indicate presence of white blood cells (leukocytes) as trace amount (TR) or higher amounts (1+,2+,3+,4+). Larger amounts suggest inflammation. Trace amount means nothing, as it is seen in many normal people. Urine must be collected properly to be accurate. Vaginal or foreskin contamination of specimen can falsely elevate leukocytes.

Back and driving: It really depends on the specifics of the back condition.  Driving for prolonged periods of time has been linked to certain back conditions. Likewise, certain back conditions can be exacerbated by prolonged driving. Frequent rest breaks  and stretchering are usually recommended. The Dr. most familiar with the back "condition" should be consulted.

Whatever: Do what you like, as long as your don't spend beyond your means. Travel can give people a broader perspective of life and on life, by seeing other people, and places.
Shopping gets you more stuff, see what you really need (not simply want).

Do you mean motion: sickness? If you do, take 1-2tabs bonine before you travel.

Because it's fun: Traveling to new places and meeting new people can be fun. If you are disabled you will need a little advance planning to make sure your adaptive equipment will work well.  Many helpful websites can give you ideas about destinations and handling disabilities while traveling.
