Otherwise I would avoid jumping to any conclusions and follow up with the doctor who ordered your bloodwork in the first place for accurate interpretation.

None: Used primarily for promoting breast milk production in women. Used in asia for its supposed rejuvinating properties without any scientific evidence. Can be harmful for anyone with kidney disease. My advice would be don't bother. Healthy diet & exercise are surely preferable.
