i was taken off my bp meds changed my lifestyle i took my blood pressure sitting and standing was higher standing is this good or bad  it's not tohigh?

Depends: It's fine i f both are within normal range. Some variation in blood pressure may be seen normally with change in position and activity, and even repeated BP checks in same position.

how to take care of sleep depravation? i stayed up last night all night and i rea something tht said to wait till after 8 or so to go to sleep.i was wondring if i should stay up agsin tonigh because u lredy fll asleep at 5 until 9 and i don't know hat o d

It : It is very important to try to get back on a regular sleep schedule.  Sleep deprivation is a very uncomfortable feeling and can affect everything you do during the day, and could make driving or other activies that require concentration unsafe.  Try and eat small, light meals during the day, then about 2 hours before bedtime have a larger meal.  During the day, stay well hydrated with water, but don't drink fluilds within 2 hours of bedtime.  Be sure your room is cool at night and add some "white noise", such as a fan.  If you are this sleep deprived, you may need to go to bed a little earlier than your normal bedtime, but you are right in not wanting to go too early such as at 5pm as that will make it harder to get back on a normal schedule.

i have bunion and overpronation. do sneakers have toohigh heels, as they are generally higher off the ground than regular shoes?

Bunion and Pronation: Definitely sneakers have a higher heel than regular shoes shifting the weight onto the bunion easier. However, sneakers in general limit the overpronation better than regular shoes which is very helpful for bunions. When you walk with any shoe, feel how your weight goes through the bunion area on each foot. You want to feel that your weight is centered without an overload to the big toe area.

on top of a sleeping aid, how can i get to sleep tonigh after eating chocolate?

Avoid chocolate: The best answer to that question is to simply avoid chocolate within 3-4 hours of going to sleep.  Chocolate contains compuonds similar to caffeine, plus it has sugar in it, both of which can cause you to stay awake at night.

Bowel obstruction?: if you are unable to eat and not passing any bowel movements ( bowel obstruction), you need bowel rest with naso-gastric tube suction and an evaluation of what is causing the problem. If you are eating and passing stools, then  you need additional evaluation of what is causing your symptoms. For this type of problem, an in-person examination is needed.

Ask for assistance: If your family member does not want to use tge bedside commode, let the nursing staff know tgis and get assistance to go to the rest room.

Lots of Reasons: Some parents do it for the wrong reasons, but organized sports for younger children should not be about competition, winning or losing. It should be about learning to function as part of a team, socializing and having fun. They also learning sports basics as well as learning coordination and skills. As long as safety is always a priority, youth sports can be great for younger kids.

Yes: As long as there is reasonable supervision.

No: If you have had an accepted, effective dosing as a child (check your medical record), then you are immune. Boosters are not necessary.

despite being an avid mountain climber, high school and college rugby player, and fire fighter, i have never broken a bone.  plenty of sprains.  why?

Bone density: I think it has a lot to do with luck and healthy bones with good bone density.
