Very likely OK if...: If you had no pelvic-abdominal pain and no vaginal bleeding or other problem  during and after "penis-in-vagina" sex with your husband last night , the scar inside your vagina is probably very well healed and your risks are quite low. No cause for alarm. "This is not bad."  By speculum examination,  your gyn surgeon could reassure you further and offer you more advice  at your post op visit.

Why not ask surgeon?: Since a total laparoscopic hysterectomy implies the removal of your uterus and cervix, only, the removal of your ovaries may not be necessary unless there is a clear indication to do so or if you and your surgeon agree to remove them "prophylactically" after an "informed shared decision process".  Discuss the risks/benefits of removing your tubes and of not "giving up your ovaries just yet".

Perhaps but why?: Any muscle that loses its innervation may atrophy, but in this case there is collateral innervation from a branch of the sciatic (tibial) &amp; possibly an accessory obturator nerve. Bigger question is function. With physical therapy adduction is usually recovered, especially since there is also the adductor magnus &amp; if damage was not total interruption it will also heal. If concern see neurosurgery.

Hysterectomy, etc.: It may take a few weeks to fully recover from the hysterectomy.
During that time you need to keep close control of your diabetes.
If you have no thyroid you must see your doctor to get started with thyroid replacement.

Postop: I usually tell my patients 4-6 weeks depending upon the complexity. Some patients return to work etc in 2-3 weeks with limited lifting. I usually tell patients that if you have to use your "butt, back or legs" to lift anything then it is too heavy. So work smarter not harder.

Precision: Robot assisted surgery is performed in order to accomplish hysterectomy with minimally invasive method possible when abdominal hysterectomy must be done otherwise.  Several small incisins are made in the abdomen and robotic instruments are placed through each incision and the surgeon actually performs the procedure remotely sitting at a surgeon's console controlling all robotic instruments.

Back pain: You MUST contact the doctor who did the laparoscopy!
More than likely he/she will ask you to return to the doctor(s).

Abnormal: but not uncommon.
Probably a superficial suture that has come to surface.
See the surgeon or his staff to be sure.

Several possible: Complications occur a a low rate. They include excessive bleeding, infection, pain, and injury to structures like bowel, bladder, and blood vessels as the most common.  Some complications may require additional or subsequent surgery or prolonged catheterization.  There are also rare anesthetic complications that can occur as well as deep vein blood clots.
