Not a problem: I'm not that concerned about the bilirubin, but you're on Methotrexate and we have to watch the liver in that situation. I would ask your physician to assess what you're doing that could make the liver tests go  up such as medications or alcohol.

0 to 1 by our lab: Depends slightly on lab used.  Our lab uses 0.0 to 1.0 fmg/dl or total bilirubin and 0.0 to 0.3 for direct bilirubin.  Direct/conjugated bilirubin can be elevated in liver/biliary system disease, and indirect/unconjugated bilirubin can go high with hemolysis (break-up of red blood cells in blood stream), can be a harmless inherited condition (eg gilbert's), and has various other causes.

Usually not: A bilirubin of 6.4 elevated and is abnormal in most testing methods.  This test should be interpreted with other tests to evaluate liver function and possibly destruction of red blood cells.

Maybe: Lab tests can be tricky!  is it 21μmol/l?  Or maybe its 2.1?  Or in mmol?  (sometimes it can feel like high school physics again with all the unit conversions ;) )

the bilirubin level might be elevated, especially if you have a reason (like a recent bruise, hepatitis, or gallstones).  If you have concerns, talk to your doc!

NB bilirubin: There is really no such thing as a 'normal bilirubin' in an 11 day old. There are ranges  of risk with different bilirubin levels, but those also depends on if your baby has any other risk factors like prematurity , illness, different blood type than mom's. The risk zones are low, low intermediate, high intermediate and high. Better to ask you pediatrician which risk zone your baby falls into.

High: In those units total bilirubin should be less than two. Ten is high in mg/dl measurements. There are many causes for this involving the liver or gallbladder. Check with your doctor for follow up testing.

Direct a bit high: The direct bilirubin is slightly high. It would be good to consult your doctor. The normal ranges are given below:  
  direct (also called conjugated) bilirubin: 0 to 0.3 mg/dl
    total bilirubin: 0.3 to 1.9 mg/dl
all lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context.
