i wouldn't worry as much about the bruising but the indentation concerns me.

Depends where torn: A torn triceps at the attachment of the muscle to bone (the tendon) needs to be re-attached through surgery. If the muscle is torn in the body of the muscle then surgery is less successful. Typically the torn muscle will scar down  and after it heals you can do rehab and physical therapy. There is nothing you can do to accelerate the healing other than rest the muscle and do not overuse it.

20y ulnar, median nerves torn & surgically fixed, can't fully stretch elbow yet but i go to gym and can't strengthen my triceps muscle it it's very hard to work without weight!any advice please thanks?

You only need to ask: The solution is follow the post operative instructions that should have been prescribed by your surgeon. You may need to push him for assistance for the proper rehabilitation protocol. If this is not possible, then inquire at your gym for an exercise coordinator for his input and assistance.

No: This is an X-ray finding. It is not unusual. This rarely leds to problems

Orthopedic surgeon: Triceps tendon ruptures or avulsions from the olecranon process require operative repair to restore elbow flexion strength.  The repair is more successful if done acutely.

my right arm keeps twitching between my bicep and tricep. what is the likely cause and treatment?

Fasciculation: Most of the time a muscle "twitch" (or fasciculation) is totally normal. However, it can be a sign of nerve disease (lower motor neuron disease). If there was a nerve disease, i would also expect to have some evidence of sensory or strength loss on exam (and in the patient's list of complaints). Additionally i would expect reflexes to be reduced or absent. Without these, it is probably normal.

calcific tendonitis measuring 4x1 mm involving the olecranon insertional fibers of tricep tendons.  will this heal? risks? advice? treatment? thanks

Varies: When a tendon has chronic or multiple of episodes of inflammation and/or injury, calcifications can develop.  At 4x1 mm they are extremely small.  They don't really heal.  One way to look it is they are really just a symptom of of chronically irritated tendon.  Treatment involves addressing the cause of the tendinitis.

post cancer treatment since feb 2020. i have been working out since jan. this year until a month ago. 3 weeks ago i started feeling numbness in left pinky. now have elbow discomfort and a marble size lump in both triceps closer to armpit than elbow?

: You did not state what type of cancer and how you were treated last year so we could not offer our opinion. However, regardless of your answer I think you better revisit your oncologist or surgeon for a thorough evaluation.

There are nodes-: -in the epicondylar area of the elbow. If a muscle it should move with muscular contraction.
