If : If you have cellulitis, then you need antibiotic therapy. Also it sounds like you may be dealing with a urinary tract infection (UTI) as well. You need to have a follow up appointment to have these issues addressed. You will likely need a ua (urinalysis) and urine culture done.
Also know that you can refuse treatments offered. Therefore if you do not want pain meds then you can refuse.

Your fibromyalgia : You need to discuss with your Botox doctor. This may have nothing to do with Botox and could well be related to your no one fibromyalgia. You need to be evaluated

Comments: First, I would not recommend narcotics to treat fibromyalgia.  Second, I would suggest stretching and aerobic exercise on a regular basis.  Thirdly, the most effective meds include gabapentin, Lyrica, Cymbalta, and Savella, (milnacipran) on an ongoing basis.

Yes: Generally should not take oral toradol for greater than a week, though, or you could risk GI problems, or kidney problems.

Yes: The restriction for Tylenol is with chronic alcohol use as it may damage the liver. A few drinks are fine.

Call her MD: Try to lower her fever by giving the appropriate dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) every 4 hours. Check her temp 4 hours after the last dose and if it is still high, you give another dose of tylenol (acetaminophen). Have her dr tell you what dose you should be giving. Have her dr tell you what else you should be doing.

You : You can give tylenol (acetaminophen) for discomfort and fever, which is 100.4f.  It's dosed based on weight.  Generally, for 6-11 lbs or less than 4 months old, the dose is 1.25ml every 4 hours as needed for the 160mg/5ml formulation.  Please verify the strength before giving the medicine to your grandson.  It's best, however, if the child develops a fever, to speak to his doctor to make sure it's not something worrisome.

If you want.: There was a time when i told all parennts to give tylenol (acetaminophen) before shots and then every 4-6 hours after for 12- 24 hours after the vaccines. Now i tell parents to give as needed. I would also suggest scaling back and not getting more then two at a time as children have fewer side effects...In my experience.. Also you can give homeopathic silica and ledum after vaccines to prevent side effects.
