None: Calcium is of course essential to the whole body's function. Some men, especially vegetarians, may have a total-body calcium deficiency and/or vitamin d deficiency that can lead to bone pain and overall discomfort. Vitamin d deficiency is in fact rampant among adults nowadays. Beyond this, i can't recommend a calcium supplement for male enhancement.

Don't take calcium: You need to take sufficient vitamin d from sun or supplements to be in the high side of normal. This may require as much as 10, 000 units of vitamin d3 a  day.  Do not take  calcium supplements. All healthy unprocessed food contains calcium and all the other necessary minerals like magnesium.And zinc that you need. Small doses of zinc blocks osteoclasts. Cadmium plays a role in all these problems.

Depends: We do not recommend calcium supplementation for the heck of supplementing.  We always prefer you to get your calcium from your food.  However, in men who has osteoporosis or osteopenia, calcium supplementation + vitamin d is appropriate and recommended.

Calcium for men: The best calcium supplement is the one that you find easiest to take. While some preparations are absorbed better than others (eg, calcium citrate vs. Calcium carbonate, liquid-based calcium vs. Pill form), in general they are all comparable and work fine for the average healthy person. My personal favorite is viactiv, which is a calcium chew with extra vitamin k to help absorption--tasty.

Questionable: Exercise is good for you and your health. Your perception of exercising increasing calcium in coronary arteries may not be correct.

: Never heard of this concept. Jim Fixx, the father of running died around age 60 from CAD and had strong FH of early heart disease.  He started jogging because of family history.  Spend $20 &amp; get access to uptodate,com 4 1 week &amp; read aabout CAD, Coronary Calcium &amp; prevention of CAD.  This is the most reliable and uptodate source. Avoid Dr Google.  Save time, $ and your life maybe.

Scan: Scan in a low risk patient hasn't much to offer.  It can be positive and this would imply you should be on diet, exercise and statin program. There isn't a lot of reason not to be doing diet and exercise, and not to smoke. That leaves statin treatment decision as main possible decision aid.
