Crypts are normal: It may be normal to have some discharge or tonsillar exudate, that resides in crypts within the tonsils.  These deep ridges are just a characteristic of tonsils.

Tonsillitis: Cryptic tonsils with tonsilloliths versus tonsillitis. If you have fever, tenderness in your neck and discharge from the tonsils you should have a rapid strep+ throat culture and treatment depending on the size of your tonsils and how difficult it is to swallow. ENT surgeons grade the tonsils +1 to +4, +4 are touching and cause difficulty eating/swallowing. Prednisone and Clindamycin +refer to ENT

Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly. Bigger problems with tonsils can be evaluated by an ENT doctor.

You should visit your primary doctor to evaluate these and possibly visit the ear, nose, and throat doctor to remove them if they continue to cause discomfort.  Antibiotics do not resolve this issue.

Just a nuisance: It would be extremely unlikely to have any significant bleeding from tonsil stones. This is a common problem with irritation, discomfort, and mild bleeding at times. See an ENT for guidance on management of tonsil stones and consider tonsillectomy in some cases.
