had hpv since dec 2016. had sex 2 weeks ago. saw small yellow on right tonsil, need to clear throat sometimes. no pain, no fever. cancer or fungus??

Probably neither: It is highly unlikely that you have fungal infection or cancer from sex two weeks ago. Even though you had HPV, still get vaccine to prevent infection with other strains of HPV. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Mono?: Hopefully mono has been checked, though you didn't mention viral tests. Also, even if it is not mono there are mono like illnesses we can't (or don't routinely) check for.

It means: It means you have fungus and this can be treated with oral or topical meds.

Usually bacteria: In decades as a pediatrician I never had one of these turn out to be a fungus.They are usually simple skin or mouth germs. Treating them repeatedly with hydrogen peroxide will usually help it heal. If not the doc may need to prescribe something.

Candida: You don't need to be HIV + to have a fungal mouth infection. Other conditions that may lower your ability to fight of fungal infections includes using a steroid inhaler, being immunosuppressed for transplants, autoimmune disorders. Drug  side effect of dry membranes (xerostomia) is misdx for this.

can you advise me with mouth fungus treatment?

Candida infection: is treated with antifungal medications, which are generally taken for 10 to 14 days. You should see a medical doctor as well so that any underlying health problems can be treated. Take care.

if i have some form of fungus overgrowth like a yeast in my mouth, should my girlfriend be treated also? if she has or has not symptoms?

No worry: Oral thrush (Candida Albicans=fungus ) is not contagious, meaning it cannot be passed to others. However, If you think you have thrush, the best thing you can do is to see a dentist/physician for definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Herpes simplex?: This sounds superficially like herpes, but without seeing them there is no way to be sure. May be yeast infection but that would be very very unusual. She needs to be seen and examined by a knowledgeable physician. Good luck.

in the morning, i have thrush pretty bad, have to rince, my mouth, with water, for a couple, of minutes, to get the slime, out of my mouth. i think mouth thrush,is a fungus, is this correct. is water and baking soda ok to use.or is there medication?

: Most white coatings in the mouth are not yeast infection (thrush); and yeast is unlikely if not predisposed to it, e.g. immune deficiency, malnutrition. recent antibiotic treatment, and a few others.  In any case, you cannot and should not assume any particular cause without professional examination. See your doctor. Good luck.

i have redness and dryness that developed in corner of my mouth.is there any chance i developed ang. chelitis from a fungus ive had on finger?

Cheilitis: Cheilitis develops more as a result of local factors at the angle of the mouth than from any introduced fungus.  The fungus that causes cheilitis is usually candida species whereas the fungus in nails is not candida species.
