Probably not: Really takes more direct contact than this is most cases.  Airborne transmission is not common.

Throat infection: Go see your physician. Most  throat infections need evaluation. It is irrelevant if you have staph versus other bacteria causing your trouble. You will not find a diagnosis or treatment here.

Pericoronitis: Inflammation and infection around the crown of an unerupted tooth is called pericoronitis.  Hydrogen peroxide can sometimes alleviate discomfort and mechanically debride the area and kill some of the bacteria causing the discomfort.  Salt water can also help with the irritation.

Yes: Contamination  without infection.
Many bacteria live with us, or within us. 
Usually pus - white cells is a sign of infection beyond contamination.

Varies: Definitive treatent is surgical removal; although not usually necessary. Carefully selected antibiotics, taken as prescribed, should suffice. Trust your doctor.

Tonsillectomy: The tonsils exist to aid in fighting infection.  Unfortunately when you have had numerous episodes of infection and this becomes chronic tonsillitis the changes in the tissue now make the tonsils a liability rather than a benefit and they may need to be removed.  This would obviously prevent abscess from developing.  See an ENT doctor.

Brush teeth,dentist: Overall it seems you have hit the most important thing on the head - improved oral hygiene! the bleeding can be from gum disease although more serious dental infections can do the same. If you have pain, difficulty swallowing and fever, an abscess could be there. White things are collections of food, etc in the tonsils and are common.

Antibiotics/PCP: Please see your PCP, and in the meantime rinse with antiseptic mouthwash. Monitor temperature and drink fluids.
