Yes: Tonic water used to have quinine in it because quinine was used to help fight malaria.  Now, in the us, tonic water has quinine flavoring but no real quinine.  If you come across indian tonic water (which is sold in the india and the uk and is sometimes imported into the us), it is still made with quinine.  Quinine has been associated with some kidney and heart problems in high doses.

Zofran ODT : You should take the zofran orally disintegrating  tablet place on the tongue and swallow with saliva. Tonic contains quinine which a lot of people don't know. Since quinine albeit infinitesimally small in tonic it can interact with ondansetron I suggest you avoid the combo. Stay calm and avoid tonic.

Cramps: It would be wise to have your electrolytes checked as on occasion muscle cramps can be related to low calcium or potassium levels.  Also, sometimes, vascular problems will cause cramping. See you doctor.

Tonic water: Alcohol is known to be a poison for the liver. I'd refrain from any alcohol containing beverages as it's been shown that alcohol is good for nothing especially in someone with a liver disease.
