Numbness is not norm: Numbness is not normal and Numbness does not usually come and go. The two most common causes are infection and  impingment.  See a neurologist.

White line: May be traumatic (bite/abrasion/burn), a micro-organism caused lesion,  or a benign or pathologic neoplasm.  Sounds like the lesion is healing despite the mouthwash that doesn't cure anything. Although it seems to be going away, if it lasts longer than 2 weeks it MUST be examined by your Dentist.

The sore is a canker: The sore sounds like a canker, cold, fever,sore. Keep this sore clean with hydrogen perxide  and use ambesol for any discomfort. If it does not subside is 7 to 10 days go see your dentist

Oral Discomfort: It appears as though you may be suffering from dehydration related to your "intestinal issues".  This may stress your body enough that you develop canker sores or oral lesions that resemble them.   However, "sores" under the tongue should be examined thoroughly by a dentist, oral surgeon or oral pathologist to eliminate the possibility of a potentially more serious condition.

i have a white spot with a brown spot in the middle. it is located under my tongue towards the back on one side. i thought it was a canker sore but it won't go away. i now only hurts when i eat, drink, and sometimes when i talk. i don't smoke?

: In any event, if the lesion does not resolve on its own within a two week period it needs to be examined. Please see an oral surgeon or a hospital based oral pathologist.

Sore throat: Your sore throat may be due to your post nasal drip or you may have a viral illness. Take ibuprofen for pain. Gargle several times a day and drink hot tea for relief. If not better in a couple days, see your doctor.

Be patient: Canker sore are the most common oral lesions. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks. The condition is idiopathic (cause is not known) recurrent aphthous ulcers is usually self-limiting. Try to keep adequate oral hygiene as possible. If concerned see your dentist after 10 days or visit today for laser immediate amelioration.

Seasonal flu: is very common viral infection with symptoms you have described. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve) are also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP after 7-8 days or so.
