i see red skin like specks in my stool after i eat tomato. today i also had skin like pieces mixed with my stool, but in some areas the stool was red, and the same material as the other brown parts of stool, not skin like.is it colored by tomato too?

Stop: Run a test. Stop all the berries and the tomatoes and see . AS a young person this is unlikely to be serious. See if it occurs when not eating those things.If it does you need a colonoscopy.

However, be concerned since blood clots may also appear as red blobs.  Bleeding in such a case can be without warning, brisk, & originate anywhere in the gut (from esophagus, stomach, to rectum.
