It's a natural!: You may not know this, but unprotected sex with a fertile male is overwhelmingly the most common cause of pregnancy in females. There is no help at this point. Your pregnancy was entirely normal and predictable. If you don't want to be pregnant, you need to use some form of contraception. It's as simple as that.

No: You are unlikely to get anyone pregnant this way; however, use good hygene.  You wouldn't swim in a sewer; why would you contaminate a pool?  Wash your hands, clean the seat, shower before entering the pool...  Best wishes!

No: A minimum volume of sperm needs to be deposited in the vagina for pregnancy to occur. There would not enough viable sperm on a toilet seat to provide that dose and it would not have access to the vaginal canal.

: No, by just sitting on a toilet bowl that may or may not have sperm on it will not cause you to get pregnant. 
The route of the sperm is quite arduous and long and must be deposited in the vagina to get into the uterus. Sperm cannot jump from a toilet bowl or tolerate seat to enter the vagina then swim all the way up the fallopian tubes .

: It is not possible to get pregnant in the situation described. Sperm are extremely fragile and will die upon contact with air. They need a warm, fluid environment with the correct PH inorder to survive for any length of time.

No you can not: You may get pregnant if healthy, motile and viable sperm enter your vagina and penetrate your cervix about the time that you are ovulating. "Accidentally touching toilet seat with some sperm on it" is not likely to get you pregnant. Protect yourself . Use effective methods of contraception (like an intrauterine device or a subdermal implant) and condoms. Be safe .

Not likely: Semen/sperm would have to be deposited near the introitus (vaginal opening) or in the vagina for a chance of pregnancy.  Pregnancy from sitting on fluid on a toilet seat does not place you at risk.  But a reminder to your friend to raise the seat before urinating is in order!
