Different causes: Fever with belly pain usually indicates some sort of infection like virus. However, belly pain in children should be evaluated by a doctor on person. A few things you can do at home is to make sure the child is not constipated, stick to bland diet like rice, egg, chicken soup until the pain is better. Do not feed if child refuses.

Provide food: As a parent this is really hard to do. Your job as a parent is to provide the food options and meals.  It is the baby's decision what they are going to eat! The best way to get a toddler to eat veggies is to emphatically eat them yourself! Toddlers really don't gain much weight compared to babies, either, so it is normal for them to not eat much.  His growth curve will let you know if hes on track

Picky eaters: Picky eating habits will drive most parents crazy.At 1.5 yr the grow rate has slowed to ~5lb/3inch/yr which is much slower than earlier.Feeding matches need. Most feed well 4days a month &amp; nibble the rest.Single item days are common(breads, vegies, etc) &amp; a balanced week is more common than a balanced meal. If you only offer nutritious choices, they will get what they need.Discuss with your dr.

Repetition! : A great way to broaden your child's palate is by offering a variety of fruits and vegetables with each meal.  Don't say anything!  show your child by eating the foods yourself!  toddlers will over time follow your good example. Remember it may take 10 to 15 tries. Another tip is to make a " nibble tray" with small pieces of fruits and veggies and make available between meals.  Don't give up!

Keep trying: Green leafy veggies are a critical and important part of a healthy diet.  Keep introducing different veggies (spinach, broccoli, green peas, etc).  It takes many introductions to get a child to like a new food (or sometimes to even try it!).  You can also hide veggies in sauces by pureeing them first and adding them to tomato sauce to put over pasta or chicken.  With each meal offer a veggie.

Diarrhea: If he is not vomiting, give him grates apple high in pectin, and/ or mashed banana high in kaolin. Some doctors recommend a "bratt " diet  - banana, rice, apple, tea and toast.

Yes, it is safe: Yes, it is safe for children over 12 months old to eat raw honey.  
Raw honey can have botulism spores in it, and children less than a year old are more likely to get sick from that. So that is why it is only safe for children over 12 months old.

Need more info: Has your baby always been in the 10-20th percentile for weight? or has her percentiles dropped? if she is consistently in the same percentile range, then I wouldn't worry about her lack of weight gain.  However, if she was in the 50-75% for weight when she was 12-15 months old, and now has dropped to 17th percentile, then I am concerned.
