Probably OK: Sometimes people shiver because they are excited or surprised. If this is an ongoing thing and it concerns you, consider taking a video of it and showing it to the child's doctor.  If he is not having any weight loss, fever, or other difficulty, it is probably ok.  If it is prolonged or involves any lapse in his consciousness or involves unusual movements, it certainly merits a dr. Visit.

Fever from what?: If this is repeating itself thru time ( Years) then it could be Familial Mediterranean Fever !  Rare conditions!
Have his physician or Hospital Check him out and do Blood Cultures when he has a fever to rule out other causes of Fever, also have him get a Chest Xray and Blood Test!

Fever, HA achy: It appears you have a viral illness of some kind.
You can safely take Ibuprofen 400 mg po q 6 hrs for fever. aches, HA symptoms. Drink fluids and observe. 
If symptoms worsen see your doctor in person.
