Insect bite: Is what it sounds like. A small area like a toddlers toe will swell impressive. My favorite treatment for insect/ spider bites is a raw onion... Slice it and rub on the affected bite area tl the juice is dry (a couple minutes). It neutralizes the toxin and reduces swelling. 
If it is painful or getting worse, see your child's doctor.

midnight 2 year old toddler kicked me on eye. my eyes look fine no redness & during evening when i use to blink there was little pain. next morning lower eyelid was swollen &pain while blinking. so is it because of kick or it's an insect bite?

: Doubt it's an insect bite. However, it's worth getting checked by an ophthalmologist to rule out a corneal abrasion, iris or trabecular angle injury and unlikely retinal tear or detachment

Allergic reaction: Very common in response to ant bites. The question is- if this swelling is due to allergic reaction or infection/ cellulitis. This can only be judged through actual visualization of the swelling by md.

my two year old toddler on wednesday was bitten on her hand at the top of the wrist by what i assumed a mosquito. she scratched it and since yesterday the hand is very swollen and has red blotches.

Anti itch may help.: It is important to prevent scratching by probably using cortisone cream or anti itch cream to reduce chances of scratching that may increase chances of ulcer and infection. You may also try and get mosquito repellant cream to use when outside and wear long sleeves and long pants to reduce area of possible mosquito bites when outside.

See a doctor: If the calf is tight and painful when the child moves her ankle or toes, go to the emergency room.  If it is associated with a fever, redness , pain, pale color to the toes or foot, or lethargy then go to the emergency room.

Swollen Bump: The first thing to do immediately after the fall is make sure the child is otherwise ok (ie: no loss of consciousness, no bleeding). Once that is done, it is best to place ice over the bruise. This may not eliminate the swelling completely but it will decrease it. After approximately 24 hours, there's not much we can do other than wait for the bruise to heal on it's own.

Not likely: Bee stings tend to get worse for 48 hours then begin resolving over subsequent week.  Removal of stinger is good and unlikely that any could be retained.

Insect Bite: Swelling without accompanying pain in the ear may indicate an insect bite. Track condition of swelling and if it continues to worsen an allergy to insect bite may be indicated
