Varies: Teenage cancer is not very common so i would guess the most likely scenario is stress caused by watching parents or loved ones suffer or die of cancer or to witness in them the effects of the treatments.  Granted, I do not see pediatric oncology and would not even dare imagine how having cancer can affect a young life.  I have utmost respect for them, their families, and those who treat them.
