OCD obsessive compulsive disorder includes thoughts and behaviors that are unwanted but help the person feel he/she is warding off impending danger.  The two can occur at the same time. The measurement looks at carbon monoxide uptake from a single inspiration in a standard time (usually 10s).   It can be low in many diseases including emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis.  When it is is high it has different meanings.

If you've had a tetanus booster within 10 years, you're ok for that, but watch for signs of infection: redness, pain, swelling, pus, odor.  If you think you're getting an infection, go to your doctor right away.

If you're a diabetic or have poor circulation, see a podiatrist immediately.
