Transfer Factor: Tlco is a lung function test measuring the diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide.  The measurement looks at carbon monoxide uptake from a single inspiration in a standard time (usually 10s).   It can be low in many diseases including emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis.  When it is is high it has different meanings.

Mgt: Your pulmonary testing has many components which are interpreted and then reported in summary, It would be helpful to upload the actual test to an inbox consultation. 
From your description, there is no evidence of airflow obstruction and the DLCO when adjusted for volume is normal. There is also an adjustment for Hemoglobin on the report itself.

PFT results...: The FEV1 and FVC indicate you do not have any airway obstruction at the time of the test. You could still have asthma with this result but emphysema and chronic bronchitis are unlikely. The TLCO, or diffusing capacity, is a bit low and this can be due to a multitude of reasons, one of the most common is anemia. I am unsure what KCO stands for so if you can write back and tell me, I can answer this

Find the cause: Tlc(total leucocyte count) is commonly called wbc(white blood cell count) in the us..Can be increased due to many causes. Often it is due to infection or inflammation. But there are some blood disorders that can cause it to rise. You need to go see your doctor and have him/her find the cause..It may take some more testing to investigate it.
