Rare: Titanium allergy is rare.  Usually other metals cause these implant allergies.  If you have redness and pain starting several weeks after an implant see your dentist or surgeon and seek their cooperation with an allergist to best diagnose and treat this situation.

none: To my knowlege titanium is biologically inert meaning it cannot cause an allergic reaction. However, if you have dental implants placed it is possible that the implants are failing or need to be looked at by your dentist.

titanium allergy: Not to downplay your concerns, titanium allergy is very rare and most always associated with jewelry. It is found in most all paints, rings, body piercings, replacement knees, hips, laptop covers and even toothpaste! any symptoms arising after an implant can raise suspicions, but 'documented' allergy to titanium is more a by product of a cottage industry (allergy testing) than a clinical finding.

Would not advise it: it may be wise you're not to do the tattoo. If you wish to pursue your choice you need to see a dermatologist who can skin test you to see exactly what metals you may be allergic to. A lot of people are allergic to nickel, but a dermatologist can clarify this.

i was recently told that my surgeon put in a stainless steel plate in my arm & not titanium. i have an allergy to nickel. will this cause me problems?

Ni Allergy: Unless the allergy is severe, the Ni leaching out of a plate should be insignificant.  Since there is rarely enough friction to aggravate any elution when placed on a long bone or a flat one your are probably safe.  Swelling and redness around the area would prove me wrong.

i had elbow surgery and had a plate put in a titanium plate put in my elbow to secure my radial head and since then i have been very sick i've haven't felt good i been sick too is this what kind of allergy reactions to titanium allergy

Probably unrelated: In marked contrast to nickel. There are no clear reports on allergic reactions to titanium. The few reports that claim to describe allergy to the metal raise serious questions. In short, your symptoms are unlikely to be due to titanium.

Unusual: First you will need to check whether the duct system has been contaminated (rodent droppings, molds etc). If so, you need to get the duct work cleaned . If your HVAC system had not worked before, the restarting of the HVAC may stir up the settled dust in the house and thus causing your allergic symptoms.  If this problem persists for more than 2 weeks, check with installer.
