why have i been tired and bloated for the past few months and not have the bloating going down, along with terrible migraines?

Diet: You should probably take a look at your diet and make some changes.  Various foods / patterns of eating can cause both bloating and migraines.  Perhaps start with a very basic eating plan of 5-6 small meals a day eating only "whole" foods and avoiding any type of processed foods.  Give it about a month to make a difference.

but seriously, are you pregnant?  If not, 
sore breasts can be from excess ovary hormones, medications, herbs, supplements, foods, poor breast support, or undiagnosed diabetes.  Frequent urination can also be from diabetes.  Bloating -- hormones, ulcers, stomach irritationg, smoking, gallstones, food allergies.  See your doctor to check these things.

Hard to say: Intercourse in this interval?  Any other possible causes or trauma?  Could be UTI as well. Hard to say but possible pregnancy if intercourse, but low probability if none.   An EPT after a few days would answer the question of pregnancy. If this is persistent, see provider for thorough history and physical exam. Be well!

Be seen: There are multiple potential causes.  A good medical checkup and some basic blood work would probably be a good place to start.

See your doctor: One of the more serious side effects of Zetia (ezetimibe) is liver damage. Your symptoms could be from that. Talk to your doctor before you take any more. You may also want to have a conversation about the risks vs benefits of treating cholesterol. The more meaningful measure is triglyceride/hdl ratio. As long as that is less than 3 you are unlikely to need any treatment of cholesterol.
